Tesco prides itself in being 'simple, honest and human', and that's exactly what we strove for in producing their quarterly Clubcard statements. We wanted something that customers would look forward to getting. Short, conversational copy and various graphic devices helped us explain the ins and outs of Clubcard in an attractive way that was easy to understand.
