Tesco has two groups of customers who have their Clubcard points converted into flying miles. Just as we would do a quarterly master statement for Clubcard customers, the Flying customers also get a statement, featuring a destination spotlight, hotel offer and their total miles up until that point.
Our challenge was to use a combination of exciting but down-to-earth tone of voice and pictures that would help inspire people to book flights to these destinations. The photography was chosen to look like a family's holiday snaps, which complimented the copy to help create the 'simple, honest, human' feel that Tesco is all about.
