The client wanted their email communications to be simple, easy to follow and 'useful' to the customer.
What could be more useful than tips on how to save money on your energy bills? I worked with Rachel Heathfield (Snr Copywriter, Havas helia) to craft a suite of 77+ emails that told each customer how much they could be saving and how to go about doing it. Genuinely helpful stuff.

I also worked on the 'No more than you need' campaign. This saw us encouraging customers to use E.ON's Saving Energy Toolkit to see how they could use no more energy than they needed, and through that, save money on their bills.
